You Talk A lot About Being An Expert In Bathroom Remodeling – Why Should I Care?

General contractors are great. In fact, Re-Bath started out as a general contracting operation. But we realized that Northeast PA homeowners who needed to upgrade their bathrooms were often conscious of two things: time and money. The problem is that with a general contractor they most often use untrained and unskilled day laborers to save on labor costs. They are also unfamiliar with the latest installation techniques or the newest technology. Honestly, the vast amount of choices, technology, fixtures and products is overwhelming and general contractors just don't have the time to keep up with them all. We – as specialists – are different. All we do is bathrooms for Northeast Pennsylvania (including Lansdale, Phoenixville, Doylestown, and Allentown).

Our focus on bathrooms and only bathrooms has allowed us to streamline the process of remodeling a bathroom to the point that we can do one in as little as a day. Our proven system minimizes waste, mistakes and re-work. Bottom line: you get the bathroom you want at a fraction of the price and in as little as a day.

So what exactly is the Re-Bath System?

Re-Bath started out by creating a revolutionary acrylic mold called DuraBath SSP. This proprietary material is GUARANTEED FOR LIFE and will never chip, crack, peel, fade or fail…PERIOD. Originally, this material was manufactured to be installed over existing tubs. This is traditionally referred to as a bath liner. Our bath liners create a permanent seal guaranteed never to leak and because it’s DuraBath it won't chip, crack, peel fade or fail either. We still offer this amazing product and consider it as an option in some homes.

However, we realized that homeowners often preferred to remove their old tub and walls completely. This process can take days, but Re-Bath measures and pre-orders all wall units, tubs, shower components and fixtures in advance. We don't do anything until we know for a fact that we have everything on hand. We then come to your home at the pre-arranged date and remodel your bathroom – we are usually in and out of your home in as little as one day!

I've seen other companies that do the acrylic molds. What's the Re-Bath difference?

The difference has to do with quality. Did you know that some acrylic manufacturers create molds so thin you can actually see through them? Not us. Re-Bath uses beautiful, high-impact Durabath SSP, approximately 1/4 inch in thickness.

This material will not chip, peel, rust, crack, fade or fail. The smooth, non-porous, stain resistant, high gloss finish is also extremely easy to clean and is guaranteed to resist mold and mildew.

Also, with Re-Bath, you get an incredible selection of colors and styles to choose from unlike many of our competitors in Northeast Pennsylvania.

How long will my Re-Bath bathroom last?

Re-Bath, LLC warranties all Durabath SSP material for the life of your home.

Why is a Re-Bath bathroom less than a typical remodel?

Because Re-Bath installs so many bathrooms every year, we're able to purchase and produce materials for less. These savings are always passed on to our customers in Allentown, Reading, Wilkes-Barre, and beyond. And because of our 1-day installation, overhead is kept to a minimum resulting in ever greater savings.

Understand that the major cost factor in any home improvement project is the labor. By keeping our labor rates to about one day we cut the costs of a traditional remodel by thousands. Think of it this way. Assume two technicians show up to remodel your bathroom – and we're done in a day. Assume an astronomical labor rate of $100 per hour for an eight hour day. That’s $1,600 total labor charge.

Now look at the other guy. Call in a laborer to remove and demolish existing bathroom – this usually takes a day or two. Then they need to call in the cabinet guy. He needs to measure and build and install. Of course he has to wait for the plumber and electrician. So time to call the plumber, then the tile guy – oh, and then there is the electrician and sometimes even a carpenter. Of course the general contractor has to schedule all of this and hope that the sub's show up on time and finish on time. All told – your labor costs could easily exceed $2,500 or more.

How do I know I can trust Re-Bath in my home?

Re-Bath takes the risk out of having contractors in your home. Most of our employees have been with us many years, and ALL are certified and trained to be the very best. We absolutely guarantee that our estimators and installers will treat you and your home with the utmost respect. In fact, we have hundreds of comments from our customers (from Allentown to Reading to Wilkes-Barre) stating that they couldn't have imagined a better experience. We assure all of our customers that we will not leave their homes in any state of disarray and we live up to that promise on every job. In fact, our lead installers have the keys and security code to the many of our clients homes… that’s how trustworthy they are.

How can Re-Bath help people with limited mobility due to age or injury?

A great number of our Northeast PA customers call for that very reason. Re-Bath has a variety of options to make life easier for anyone with limited motion. Converting your bathtub into a walk-in shower with built-in seat and safety bars is often the best way to limit potential slips & falls. We also feature barrier free showers for easy wheelchair access and walk-in tubs (with and without soothing jets), allowing you the enjoyment of a relaxing bath without the dangers of climbing in and out of the tub. If safety is of great concern, please call and discuss your needs with one of our professionals. They'll walk you through our many options and help choose the Re-Bath product that best suits your needs.

Since Re-Bath is a national company, will I be forgotten once I make a purchase?

While Re-Bath is a national company, Re-Bath is a local company with local employees. We're your friends and neighbors and take our reputation for excellence seriously. Our team is always just a phone call away to answer any of your questions and we're dedicated to your 100% satisfaction, during and AFTER the sales & installation process.
